Recognize the clinical features of diastolic heart failure --> what happens LV size and function in a patient with diastolic heart failure =======> Diastolic heart failure can be seen clinically as exertional dyspnea and easy fatiguability. LV cavity size and ejection fraction will be normal; LVEDP will be increased.
