Pt with bitemporal hemianopsia and decreased libido --> pituitary adenoma --> CV collapse and dies --> what will path show? =======> Hemorrhage into an existing pituitary adenoma is called pituitary apoplexy and presents with sudden headache and cranial nerve paralysis. Cardiovascular collapse can occur with adrenocortical deficiency.
