Mastocytosis

Pruritis, rash, flushing and abdominal cramps --> biopsy shows nests of mast cells in small bowel mucosa --> what is the diagnosis--> what other findings are expected? =======> Systemic mastocytosis is characterized by the abnormal proliferation of mast cells and increase histamine secretion. Histamine increased the production of gastric acid by parietal cells.
